Annual Flags of Honor ceremony celebrating America's 250th birthday. Amy Kowatch will sing the national anthem, Scouts will present the colors, the National Guard will perform the ceremonial flag-folding, Carmen will read the meaning of each fold, and Master Sgt. Anderson will play Taps. The Pennsylvania governor has been invited, Mayor Joel Long will receive a formal invitation to speak, and lunch will follow at Restless Oaks Restaurant.
