A celebration of Clinton County
Downtown Lock Haven's annual festival filled East Main Street with live music, more than 60 vendors and exhibitors, and family fun all day long. New in 2026 was a free children's fest in the East Main Street parking lot, sponsored by Beyond the Bell for Clinton County, featuring a free food truck, a bounce house, and games for children and families. The day wrapped up with the annual parade.
