Best of Clinton County Festival

Let's celebrate Clinton County!

Downtown Lock Haven's annual festival fills East Main Street with live music, more than 60 vendors and exhibitors, and family fun all day long. New this year is a free children's fest in the East Main Street parking lot, sponsored by Beyond the Bell for Clinton County, featuring a free food truck, a bounce house, and games for children and families. The day wraps up with the annual parade.
