Downtown Lock Haven celebrates Clinton County with live music, more than 60 vendors and exhibitors along East Main Street, a free children's fest in the East Main Street parking lot sponsored by Beyond the Bell for Clinton County, and the annual parade. Festival hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Schedule: 10:00 AM Chris Keppler's Rock Show, 12:00 PM Good Times Linedancing, 2:00 PM Phillips Saylor Wisor, and the Annual BOCC Parade at 3:30 PM.
